Whats the best technique to lift the sides of the face and the neck

Ive done this past two weeks and im sure I can see the top of my eyelids, my hoods are less droppy over them. Do these movements do that.

Hi Jane! I’m not sure if you’ll see this, but I had a question regarding use. I’ve used this device a few years now doing the regular schedule it suggests.. 2 months use, 4 months off. I was wondering since it’s been some time if I could just use this whenever I like. I’d like to do it ongoing a couple of times a week or even once a week. I’m guessing that’s fine, but unsure if the long rest period will help more? Thank you!

I ordered the Oralift many months ago and had a mental block about fitting the two devices along with my business caregiving my parents. I finally fitted both devices three weeks ago and have been wearing the 3mm starting two weeks ago starting with 30 minutes each day morning and night and now I’m up to 40 to 60 minutes. I find it comfortable and could continue to wear longer without any negative effects. Does this mean I’m not a clencher or it won’t make any positive changes?

Question for you: I just ordered an Oralift and I am wondering if you can use it and also do the Jawzercise program (where you use the jaw "balls") to strengthen your jawline. Would that be too much?
